DVDShrink
A few years ago DVD Shrink was the most famous
software to copy DVD Video. Now it is no more
updated, neverthless it still makes a good job (you
just need DVD43 or AnyDVd installed). Quite simple
to use, and quite fast, especially with Multi Core
CPUs.

Shrinkto5

Last in terms of time, Shrinkto5 has
quickly reached a quality equal to DVDShrink (not
developed) anymore, with the difference that
Shrinkto5 (open source) needs about half of the time
to copy a DVD, even setting preferences to maximum
quality (absolutely recommended).
Actually Shrinkto5 is no more
developed, but still works fine.

Probably the best software for DVD
Copy in this moment. Fast, easy to
use, and with good results. For a
good quality of your results, you
need to set the double pass option
(the time needed increases, but
results are by far better). Very,
very app for DVD Video backup.
